Overview
We will only exchange or refund goods that are proven to have been defective at purchase; and only in their original packaging, unopened and accompanied by the original till-slip.
We reserve the right to take the product in for investigation before issuing your exchange or replacement. We will only refund or exchange items once we have investigated.
Management reserves the right to use their discretion regarding whether the item was defective at time of purchase. Any ruling made by management must be adhered to.
We will not replace, exchange or refund products if a customer has a ‘change of heart’, due to public and food safety regulations.
We do not accept refunds or returns on Gift Vouchers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or via cash payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not refund or exchange ‘Turndown’ boxes.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Where to Return
To return your product, the item will need to be sent to our Strydom Park Factory store, located at Unit C1, Mikro Industrial Park, 17-19 Hammer Ave, Strydom Park, Randburg, Johannesburg, 2169.
